It’s time for a vintage (okay not vintage) but throwback video. This edition features two videos from the same artist. Erykah Badu‘s “Bag Lady” and “Love of My Life” are classic videos in her neo-soul, funk genre. One a tale of emotional baggage while the other a ode to hip hop and love, Erykah Badu’s music has always had an interesting take on emotion, politics, art, and life.

Lately shoes (especially sneakers) have been uninspiring in my eyes. Even Kanye’s joints for Louis Vuitton were extremely underwhelming in my opinion and a waste of hype, promotion, and money. However, these sneakers from PONY‘s PLAY and Vintage collections are highly intriguing for some strange reason.

Look, I’m the first one to admit that Venus and Serena Williams have had their share of fashion blunders. But…  I keep up with ‘Rena and V a lot. Enough to know that their style has elevated and they’re much more well dressed than they were in the past.

Oh… and on the tennis tip; you know, the sport they dominated earlier in the decade, but had recently been written off as  ”has-beens?”

Serena is the NUMBER ONE ranked tennis player in the world. Venus is sitting at that Number Six Spot.

I can’t go to sleep–so the tunes of Daniel Merriweather are keeping me company. I absolutely love this song and it features an artist whose easily in my top five favorite artists ever, Adele. It’s called “Water and A Flame” from his album Love and War and it speaks the truth like never spoken before. Ya best believe it!

This dude is borderline sick.

So, I’m not the one to constantly sport a “man-bag” or duffel but, I will do it when I’m dressed up or want to turn a few heads because I feel that sporting one shows true style and confidence in one’s self. But if I were to somehow manage getting my hands on one of these McQ Alexander McQueen bags, I would rock it like Kanye rocked that God-awful mullet. Hell, I would sleep with it by my side. 

They run for over $1,000 dollars-yipee.

Looking at things like this make me really want to get my bread up.

Originally, I didn’t care to much for this song but dug this video. I figured well, if the song isn’t popping it’s not worth the post but now that I’ve warmed up to the song and feel that the video is dope, here is The Dream’s group Electrik Red’s video for “So Good.” I wonder how they will take off (this is like their third or fourth single).

Here is another one of their many videos- “Friend Lover” (runs the risk of being annoying-or really good).
