Here are some fashion finds I discovered this morning. I’m trying this new Polyvore thing I’ve been put on to for showing a bunch of fashion finds at once, let me know how you guys like it.

Even though I’m a fan, I chose not to post the latest Infrared Nike Air Max 90′s, but recently I’ve been seeing them all over NYC and it’s clear they’re a hit [of course, they are a classic afterall] so I decided, why not.

And just so you can see how they wear in person ,  I snapped some photos of DJ Uhm Hmm [i guess he wasn't fuckin with revealin the gov't lol], a native Brooklynite I ran into rocking the Infrared’s last weekend in the subway.

Let me first say: I really kinda sorta loathe the word “steez” lol, but hey my PNC uses it (whattap CJ) so I might not like the word, but I’ll respect it. Hell, I don’t even know what “steez” is, I assume it’s kind of like swag… but I digress.

It’s no secret that we are fans of 80′s Purple here at MESH. As much as we try to resist their crazy sales on incredibly stylish clothes, we once again gave into temptation. As we finally start to distance ourselves from the drury winter weather, enjoy our mild springtime, and prepare for the hot summer; it’s only natural that our wardrobes make the same adjustments. Time to put away our beloved combat boots (ok, i can’t put mine away, but time to start wearing them a bit… less), heavy-duty outerwear, and break out the light, comfortable, and eye-catching.

Most likely for the fellas, the boat shoe (which you all know we worship here at MESH), is going to be the de facto first choice. But before you go to Señor Sperry, take a look at another type of slip-on from Chinese footwear company Bagua, that I’m really feeling.

Honestly, I’ve never been a big fan of rain boots on guys as a fashion item.

It’s not that I don’t like galoshes, but moreso that usually when I see guys with them on, the boots [and the guys themselves for that matter] appear to be either too feminine, or just not that dope.

Topshop has quickly become one of my favorite fashion outlets for the ladies. The British-based brand brings a legitimate dash of European style from over the pond that is cutting edge, trendy, and most important: affordable!
