So, although I haven’t had any problems, the rest of the world nearly stopped today as Twitter didn’t seem to work. I can’t help but laugh at how dependent we have become on Twitter. Seriously, people were really tight about it being down.Well below is an explanation of what happened.

You know how I know Twitter is something serious? When there is a song called “Twitter Freak.” It’s brought to you by a R&B cat whose always trying to make it big in the game: Sammie. It’s actually a pretty decent track.

Just moments ago Teyana Taylor announced via her Twitter account that she’d be collaborating with Kanye West on his upcoming women’s clothing line for his Pastelle brand.
Who else do you think will be part of the line’s making ? Amber? Rihanna?
* Teyana also said that she recently graduated with Honors, congrats girl !
So Estelle posted this on her Twitter page today, and it had me rolling. This is a classic case of “hateration overload“, and it’s effects on those being hated on. This girl can sing her ass off, and apparently she has a good sense of humor.

We featured Teyana Taylor earlier in the week with a photoshoot for this single. She seemed pretty sad on her Twitter because of the track being leaked. Nevertheless its a pretty decent effort for Ms. Taylor.
Teyana Taylor – Complicated
Since the release of it’s first issue, ‘MAYHEM‘, has been causing just that for the people at Meltdown Comics. There was such a drastic influx of live pre-order’s the server actually crashed! All this happened literally minutes after Tyrese sent out a message to his followers on Twitter advertsing the release. Over 60,000 of his fans raced to Meltdown’s online store to purchase copies, one woman purchased 1,000 copies for herself and celebrity LaLa Vazquez bought 50. The amount of traffic to the site and phonecalls caused the entire website to shut-down for a short period of time while staff members worked to upgrade and get more bandwith that could work with the record-breaking numbers that were accessing the website. Tyrese promises to sign those first 2,000 copies and make phonecalls to those who purchased the first 50.

Brandon Hines ft. Ryan Leslie “Find You”
So, while on Twitter today I noticed that Estelle gave our fellow Howard University Bison, Brandon Hines, a shoutout. Yeah, he’s going global and I can’t knock the hustle. His latest single, “Find You” featuring one of my favs, Ryan Leslie is pretty dope to say the least. This Mental Instruments produced track has a laid back r&b feel with the classic piano in the back. Definitely a good look Pham.
